Project Goal
The On-Board Data Acquisition and Aggregation Module is the overarching data collection PCB for the project with the ability to interface with all sensor feeds aggregate them and send them to Synnax via serial. It also manages valve actuation with input from the Synnax console as well as actuation based on inout sesor values for bang-bang control.

- OBC capable of valve actuation calculation speed
